Using a combination of property databases, appraisal and recent sales/rental reports and a customized spreadsheet analysis, along with my 30+ years understanding of the Florida residential market, we are able to identify unique buying opportunities most other real estate firms would overlook.
GUIDED TOUR - We then arrange a well-coordinated series of showing appointments for the properties we determine are a priority to review. Some of these properties could be our own exclusive listings and others could be represented by other real estate agents and brokers.
MANAGEMENT OF THE PURCHASE PROCESS – We manage all the details of the buying process providing you with a turn-key purchase experience including:
